【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To discuss the countermeasures in enforcing medical intellectual property rights strategy in China. METHODS: The urgency and status quo of enforcing medical intellectual property rights strategy in China were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
