【摘要】 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定跌打止痛巴布膏中大黄酚含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为KromasasilC18,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水(85∶15),流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为254nm,进样量为10μl。结果:大黄酚进样量在0.6μg～4μg范围内与峰面积值线性关系良好(r=0.9994);平均加样回收率为99.23%(n=5,RSD=2.45%)。结论:本方法准确、可靠、重现性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of chrysophanol in Diedazhitong cataplsam by HPLC.METHODS:The samples were separated on a Kromasasil C 18 ,methol-0.1%phosphoric acid(85∶15)was taken as the mobile phase with a flow rate at1.0ml/min and detection wavelength at254nm,the sample size was10μl.RESULTS:Good linear relationship was achieved when the concentration range of chrysophanol was0.6μg～4μg(r=0.9994);The average recovery of chrysophanol was99.23%(n=5,RSD=2.45%).CONCLUSION:This method is accurate,reliable,and reproducible.更多还原
