【摘要】 目的:了解我院药品不良反应(ADR)发生特点,促进临床合理用药。方法:对我院2004年收集到的162例ADR报告分别从临床具体表现、患者年龄、药物剂型、给药途径以及涉及药物种类等方面进行统计、分析。结果:162例ADR,主要存在给药剂型集中、患者年龄偏大、用药剂量过大、疗程较长以及过敏反应所占比例较大等特点。结论:医疗工作者应协同做好ADR监测工作,促进临床合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To study the characteristics of the occurrence of ADR in our hospital so as to promote rational drug use in the clinic.METHODS:Information concerning clinical manifestation,patients’age,dosage forms,route of administration and the related drug variety of 162 cases of ADR reports collected in2004in our hospital were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The main characteristics of the 162 ADR cases were like the following:the dosage forms of drugs administered was centralized,the patients turned out to be the older one,dosage of drugs were too much,course of treatment was longer,the percentage of allergic response was higher and etc.CONCLUSION:Medical worker should work cooperatively in the monitoring of ADR and promote rational drug use in the clinic.更多还原
