【摘要】 目的:建立以紫外分光光度法测定复方盐酸二甲双胍片中盐酸二甲双胍含量的方法。方法:以水为溶剂,在233nm波长下进行测定。结果:盐酸二甲双胍检测浓度在1～10μg/ml范围内与吸收度线性关系良好(r=0.9999);平均回收率为99.3%(RSD=0.24%,n=9)。结论:本方法准确、快速、简便,可不经分离直接测定复方盐酸二甲双胍片中盐酸二甲双胍的含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To establish UV-spectrophotometry method in the determination of metformin hydrochloride in compound metformin hydrochloride tablets.METHODS:The determination was carried out with water as the solvent under the detection wavelength of233nm.RESULTS:There was a good linear relationship between metformin hydrochloride and its absorbability(r=0.9999)within the concentration range of1～10μg/ml.The average recovery was99.3%with RSD at0.24%(n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is accurate,fast,convenient,and which can be used to determine the contents of metformin hydrochloride in compound metformin hydrochloride tablets directly without isolation.更多还原
