【摘要】 目的 :探讨卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效和安全性。方法 :46例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组 (26例)和对照组(20例)。对照组采用心力衰竭的标准治疗方案 ;治疗组在心力衰竭标准治疗方案基础上加用卡维地洛 ,治疗6mo。结果 :治疗组左室舒张末径减小 ,左室射血分数明显增加 ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P<0 05)。卡维地洛不良反应主要为头昏、乏力、心动过缓和低血压 ,未引起肝、肾功能损害及血象、血脂、电解质和糖代谢变化。结论 :卡维地洛治疗慢性心力衰竭有效、安全 ,能干预左室重塑。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the efficacy and safety of carvedilol in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF). METHODS:46patients with CHF were randomly divided into carvedilol group(n=26)and control group(n=20),thareinto,standard therapeutic scheme is used in control group,standard therapeutic scheme+carvedilol is used in carve diol greup.The treatment courses were6months in both groups.RESULTS:Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)reduced and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)increased in carvedilol group with significant difference comparing with control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of carvedilol were mostly dizziness,asthenia,bradycardia and hypotension,no damages of liver and kidney functions and changes of hemogram,blood-lipid,electrolyte and blood sugar were found.CONCLUSION:Carvedilol is effective and safe in treatment of CHF and has antiremodeling effects on left ventricle.更多还原
