【摘要】 目的探讨精神分裂症的复发与治疗依从性、生活事件和社会支持的关系,为预防复发提供依据。方法以182例复发再次住院的精神分裂症患者为研究组,应用生活事件量表(LES)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)进行评定,调查与本次复发住院的有关治疗依从性、生活事件和社会支持情况,并与100例首次住院且与研究组同期出院而未复发的门诊精神分裂症患者作对照。结果①研究组治疗依从性差者占64.8%,显著高于对照组(P<0.01);②研究组的生活事件发生率为58.2%,负性生活事件值更大为(17.5±12.1)分,均显著低于对照组(P<0.01);③研究组的SSRS总分[(40.1±7.3)分]和主观支持分[(23.9±6.1)分]均显著低于对照组[分别为(53.6±8.3)分、(25.8±8.7)分,P<0.05~0.01]。结论治疗依从性差、频遭生活事件、社会支持不足的精神分裂症患者容易复发,是生物-心理-社会因素共同起作用的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the relation of recurrence of schizophrenia with therapeutic dependence,life events and social support,so as to provide reference for preventing relapse. MethodsTotally 182 schizophrenic inpatients (the study group), who were rehospitalized because of recurrence , were evaluated with life events scale (LES) and social support rating scale (SSRS). The data were mainly investigated about the therapeutic dependence, life events and social support related with recurrence.The control group was 100 non-relapse schizophrenic out-patients who were discharge at the same time as the study group(1 month)after the first hospitalization. ResultsIn the study group, the rate of bad therapeutic dependence constituted 64.8%. It’s significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). The incidence of life events was 58.2% and the negative life events score was 17.512.1,which showed higher in the study group than that in control group (P<0.01). In the study group, the total score of SSRS(40.17.3)and subjective support (23.96.1)showed significantly lower than those of the control group (respectively,53.68.325.88.7,P<0.05~0.01). ConclusionSchizophrenic patients with bad therapeutic dependence, more life events and shortage of social support were liable to recur. This resulted from the cooperation of biology-psychology-social factors.更多还原
