【摘要】 目的探讨手工制作对精神分裂症认知功能的疗效。方法117例随机分为研究组和对照组。研究组除日常治疗外,每周一、三、五到康复科在专业人员指导下做手工工艺品,为期12周,对照组只接受日常治疗。采用韦氏成人智力量表、韦氏记忆量表、自编言语流利性测验、威斯康星卡片分类试验以及临床症状评定量表和阴性症状量表在治疗开始前及治疗后第4,8,12周末后分别评定认知功能和临床疗效。结果研究组与对照组同期比较,在12周末,认知功能各指标(除WCST持续错误数外),其他各项如言语流利性、WCST完成类别、言语智商(IQ)、操作智商(IQ)、总智商(IQ)及总记忆商(MQ)等均差异有显著性(P<0.05);而BPRS量表评定结果两组分别为30.5±10.9,34.2±11.4,相比差异无显著性(P>0.05);SANS量表评定结果两组分别为37.2±14.8,44.1±12.9,相比较差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论手工制作作为一种职业治疗手段能明显改善慢性精神分裂症患者的认知功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo explore the effects of making by hand on cognitive function of schizophrenic patients. Methods117 patients meeting with CCMD 3 criteria for schizophrenia who had been hospitalized for over two years were divided into two groups: a study group and a control group. The study group was taken into the department of rehabilitation to do some handicrafts under specialist’s direction on Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week. The duration of treatment was 12 weeks. Both the study group and control group were treated with routine treatment.The cognitive function and clinical efficacy were assessed by Weschler Adult Intelligence Scale (WAIS R), Weschler Memory Scale (WMS), a verbal fluency test made by ourselves, Wisconsin Card Sort Test (WCST), Clinical Symptoms Rating Scale and Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms (SANS) before treatment and after 4th week, 8th week, 12th week treatment respectively. ResultsThe rating scores of each index of cognitive function ,in which such as lingual fluency WCST performance VIQ,PIQ,FIQ and MQ et al, but the exception of Continuous wroing score of WCST had significantly difference(P<0.05) between study group and control group after 12th week treatment. However, there was no significant difference in reducing scores of BPRS between the two groups(P>0.05); comparing the two groups, the reducing scores of SANS had remarkable difference(P<0.01). ConclusionAs a professional therapy, making by hand can significantly improve the cognitive function of chronic schizophrenic patients更多还原
