【摘要】 目的探讨轻度脑损伤患者的认知功能状况。方法对159例因交通事故造成的脑损伤幸存者和68例正常人进行智力、记忆、注意和执行功能评定。结果轻度脑损伤患者的认知功能测验成绩均低于对照组,除数字广度测验外,其余测验结果显示两组相比差异达到非常显著性水平(轻度组知识、算术、数字符号评分分别为8. 55±2. 38, 8. 18±2. 32, 8. 27±2. 40;对照组分别为11. 31±2. 98, 10. 41±2. 70, 11. 88±2. 67) (P<0. 01)。结论轻度脑损伤患者在医疗终结时仍然存在广泛的认知功能损害,但与中度和重度脑损伤患者比较则相对为轻。在伤残评定中应对轻度脑损伤患者予以重视。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo assess the cognitive function of patients with mild head injury. MethodThe cognition including intelligence,memory,attention and executive function were assessed in the 159 patients with head injury caused by road traffic accident and 68 normal controls. ResultsAll the cognitive scores in mild head injury were lower than that of normal controls.Two groups were significant difference in all the tests except digit span. ConclusionThe neuropsychological function of the patients with mild head injury was widely impaired when medical treatment was terminated. When compared with moderate and severe head injury patients, the cognitive function in mild cases was not so severe. The patients with mild head injury should be paid attention in the assessment of disability.更多还原
