猪瘟灭活疫苗抗体消长规律动态研究
Dynamic study on the eating and flowing laws of CSF antibody induced by CSF inactivatd vaccine
【摘要】 本试验采用IHA试验方法,对经猪瘟灭活疫苗免疫的猪抗体产生的水平进行了监测,并对仔猪母源抗体的消长规律进行了研究。结果表明仔猪母源抗体水平与母猪抗体水平呈正相关,其首次免疫抗体增长幅度与母源抗体呈负相关,但其抗体水平与免疫次数呈正相关。主要免疫的抗体效价与免疫剂量呈正相关,而与首免日龄无关。攻毒结果表明:当IHA<6 log2时,仅能抗死亡;当IHA≥7 log2时,可抗感染。
【Abstract】 Serum antibodies induced in piglets by Classical Swine Fever(CSF) inactivated vaccine were detected using indirect hemoaggluting assay(IHA),and the relationship between the vaccine-induced antibodies and the maternal antibodies was also examined.The results suggested that the titers of the maternal antibodies in pigiets were positive correlated to those in their parents,and the titers of the antibodies induced after the first immunization vaccine induced were negative correlated to those of the maternal antibodies in piglets.It also suggested that the titers of the vaccine induced antibodies were positive to correlated to the times of immunization and antigen does in vaccine,but not to the time of first immunization.What’s more,the piglets could be protected from death caused by HCV if IHA titer<6 log-2,and from infection if IHA titer≥7 log-2
