【摘要】 为研究不同因素对染菌湿巾样片回收菌数的影响,采用活菌计数法,对湿巾染菌时间、样片干燥程度和斜面培养条件等因素进行了试验观察。结果,随染菌样片放置时间的延长,回收菌数呈下降趋势;染菌样片完全干燥后的回收菌数比初始菌数显著性降低;金黄色葡萄球菌的斜面培养物在4℃放置18~24 h后制备的染菌样片,其回收菌数与不放者有明显差别。结论,染菌样片放置时间、菌片干燥程度及新鲜斜面经4℃保存等因素均影响样片上细菌的回收。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the influences of various factors on bacterial count recovered from moist tissue bacterial carrier,living bacterial count method was used to observe experimentally the factors such as the time of bacterial contamination of the moist tissue,degree of driness of bacterial carrier and slant culture condition.Results: With prolonging the shelving time of the bacterial carrier,the bacterial count recovered tended to decrease. The bacterial count recovered from completely dried bacterial carrier was significantly lower than the initial bacterial count.The bacterial count recovered from the bacterial carrier prepared from the slant culture of Staphylococcus aureus after shelving at 4℃ for 18～24 h was significantly different from that recovered from the bacterial carrier prepared from the culture without shelving.Conclusion: The factors such as shelving time of bacterial carrier,degree of driness of bacterial carrier and storing of fresh slant culture at 4℃ can influence the recovery of bacteria from bacterial carrier.更多还原
