两种试验方法对5种消毒剂杀菌效果的比较

【摘要】 为了解不同版次《消毒技术规范》规定的试验方法与判定依据对评价消毒剂杀菌效果的差异,按照第3版规范规定的载体浸泡定量杀菌试验和2002年版规定的悬液定量杀菌试验方法对含氯消毒剂等5种消毒剂杀菌效果进行了平行比较。结果,用第3版规范载体法测定达到消毒合格所需剂量,含氯消毒剂对大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌为有效氯200mg/L分别作用2.5min和5min;过氧化氢用31.69g/L作用2.5min;有效碘500mg/L作用5min和1000mg/L作用7min;醋酸氯己定3060mg/L作用2.5min。按照2002年版规范,悬液法测定达到消毒合格所需剂量,含氯消毒剂对大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌分别为有效氯600mg/L作用10min和700mg/L作用5min;过氧化氢为31.69g/L作用15min;有效碘260mg/L作用5min和2.5min;醋酸氯己定只需要306mg/L作用5min。结论,两种方法所得的消毒合格剂量有较大差异,2002年版规范悬液法试验对含氯消毒剂和过氧化氢消毒剂所需剂量增加,对碘伏和醋酸氯己定所需剂量降低。

【Abstract】 In order to know the difference of evaluating the germicidal efficacy of disinfectants according to the test methods and judging criteria specified in different editions of “Disinfection Technical Guidelines”, the germicidal efficacy of five disinfectants including chlorine-containing disinfectants was compared parallelly using the carrier immersion quantitative germicidal test specified in the 3rd edition of the Guidelines and suspension quantitative germicidal test method specified in the 2002 edition. Results: For killing Escherichia coli and Candida albicans, the dosage required to attain eligible disinfection measured with the carrier method in 3rd edition of the Guidelines was available chlorine 200 mg/L in chlorine-containing disinfectant with 2.5 min and 5 min contact time respectively, hydrogen peroxide 31.69 g/L with a 2.5 min contact time, available iodine 500 mg/L with a 5 min contact time and 1000 mg/L with a 7 min contact time respectively and chlorhexidine acetate 3060 mg/L with a 2.5 min contact time. According to the 2002 edition of the Guidelines, the dosage required to attain eligible disinfection measured with the suspension method was available chlorine 600 mg/L with a 10 min contact time and 700 mg/L with a 5 min contact time for killing E. coli and C. albicans respectively when chlorine-containing disinfectant was used, hydrogen peroxide 31.69 g/L with a 15 min contact time, available iodine 260 mg/L with a 5 min and 2.5 min contact time respectively and chlorhexidine acetate 306 mg/L with a 5 min contact time. Conclusions: The eligible disinfection dosage measured by the two methods showed considerable difference. When the suspension test method specified in 2002 edition was used, the dosages of chlorine-containing disinfectant and hydrogen peroxide disinfectant required was increased, while the dosages of iodophor and chlorhexidine acetate required was decreased.
