【Abstract】 Suspension quantitative method was used to observe the efficacy of chlorine dioxide disinfectant solution generated by the chlorine dioxide generator in killing microorganisms in water and its influencing factors. Results: The chlorine dioxide 0.375 mg/L and 0.25 mg/L with a 1 min contact time and 5 min contact time respectively could reduce Escherichia coli in water to 0 cfu/100ml. Its germicidal efficacy increased with increasing water temperature and decreased with increasing organic substances such as humic acid in water. pH value of water at 6.5～8.5 had no influence on germicidal efficacy.更多还原
