梯度结构硬质合金制备技术的研究进展
Progress in Fabrication Methods of Gradient Cemented Carbides
【摘要】 随着现代化工业的迅猛发展,人们对硬质合金提出了越来越高的要求。梯度结构硬质合金利用成分或组织梯度实现性能梯度的变化,从而赋予合金整个工零件高硬度与高韧性,解决了传统硬质合金耐磨性能和韧性之间的矛盾。本文综述了目前国内外梯度结构硬质合金制备技术和工业应用的发展现状,简单介绍了不同制备技术的原理和特点,并预测了梯度结构硬质合金的发展前景。
【Abstract】 With the rapid developing of industry, cemented carbides is required higher and higher. The gradient cemented carbides can get gradient variations in properties with gradient in components or structures. Tools which made by it is obtained high hardness and better toughness. It solves the conflict between abrasive resistance and toughness of conventional cemented carbides. In this paper, the development, fabrication methods and industrial applications of gradient cemented carbides, domestic and overseas are summarized. The principle and the property of each fabrication method are also discussed simply. Finally, the prospect of gradient cemented carbides is pointed out.
