H2O2氧化水热法制备超细WO3的研究
Preparation of Ultrafine WO3 by H2O2 Oxidation Hydrothermal Crystallization Method
【摘要】 通过H2O2氧化钨粉,水热晶化制备了超细WO3粉体。通过激光粒度仪、比表面测定仪、XRD、TEM和TG/DTA等对粉体进行了表征分析,结果表明:晶化有利于减小粉体粒径,且晶化温度越低得到的粉体粒径越小,比表面积越大;晶化温度升高则有利于六方晶相的形成。粉体粒径为10~60nm,有部分团聚。团聚粒子大小不均,粒径范围较宽,形状不规则。
【Abstract】 H2O2 oxidation hydrothermal crystallization method is employed for the preparation of ultra-fine WO3. The WO3 powder has been characterized by laser scattered particle analyzer, specific measuring and testing instruments, X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and TG/DTA respectively. The particle size decreased with increasing hydrothermal treatment temperature, but it is benefit to form hexagonal phase of WO3 with increasing hydrothermal treatment temperature. The characterizations show that the average particle size is about from 10 to 60nm.The morphological structure is irregular.
