【Abstract】 Through using the method of literature investigation and logical analysis,this paper defined the meaning of cheating in sports insurance,studied the major form,character and composition of cheating in sports insurance,put forwarded the countermeasure for preventing the cheating in sports insurance,administrated strictly the related prescript in insurance law and other law,perfected the rule of sports insurance,listed the duty of cheating,strengthened risk evaluation,improved the quality of underwriting,established information database of anti-cheating,constructed scientific project of claim and improved the quality of claim adjusters.更多还原
