【Abstract】 This paper conducts a comparative study on the cultural values of baseball and traditional Chinese culture on the following aspects:ardent love of and impulse for return to nature;sweet memoir of the countryside;great significance of home and family;emphasis on the process of actions;individual heroism and baseball’s philosophical impact on life,the findings show that the cultural values of baseball and traditional Chinese culture possess much more common ground than their few differences,therefore,the Chinese baseball league has a promising cultural prospect.It is suggested that two approaches be employed in order to raise domestic baseball stars.更多还原
