基于知识管理的图书馆管理模式探索
Library Management Patterns Based on Knowledge Management
【摘要】 提出“三级知识管理”的图书馆管理模式框架:初级战略——建立知识管理系统;中级战略——培育知识工作者;高级战略——提升知识服务能力。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the authors propose a framework of "three stages of knowledge management" for library management patterns, including the primary strategy for the establishment of knowledge management system, the secondary strategy for the cultivation of knowledge workers and the advanced strategy for the promotion of knowledge service abilities. 2 figs. 35 refs.
