【摘要】 目的:建立同时测定补骨脂药材中6种成分含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法同时分析补骨脂中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、补骨脂甲素、补骨脂异黄酮、补骨脂定和补骨脂查耳酮6种成分。用AlltechC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,1%冰醋酸溶液和乙腈为流动相,采用梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长245nm。结果:6种成分线性关系良好,r>0.9991,平均加样回收率均大于95.0%,RSD均小于3.0%。结论:该方法适用于补骨脂药材中6种成分的同时测定,可作为药材质量的综合评价方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of six constituents:psoralen,isopsoralen,bavachin,coryline,psoralidin,bavachalcone in Psoralea corylifolia L.. METHOD: The sample was analyzed on alltech C_ 18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column with mobile phase consist of 1% acetic acid and acetonitrile,gradient elute (flow rate:1.0 ml/min); wavelength 245 nm. RESULT: The results indicated good linearity,recovery and repeatability. CONCLUSION: The method can be and detected at the used for the quality analysis of six components in Psoralea Corylifolia L.and its preparation.更多还原
