【Abstract】 AIM: To observe the effects of the refined bear gall (RBG) on removing blood stasis. METHOD: Many indexes such as thrombosis, the function of blood platelet and hemorheology were studied after injecting the RBG. RESULT: The RBG could significantly prolong the occlusion time of thrombosis, reduce its weight, shrink the length. It also could refrain adhesiveness and aggregation of the platelet, improve the hemorheology. CONCLUSION: The results proved the functions of removing stasis, the mechanism of preventing the occurrence of thrombosis was that it affected the function of blood platelet.更多还原
