土壤施用脲酶抑制剂醌氢醌后蕹菜体内氮代谢的变化研究

【摘要】 盆栽试验研究施用醌氢醌后蕹菜体内N代谢的变化结果表明,醌氢醌使蕹菜叶片硝酸还原酶、谷氨酸脱氢酶和谷酰胺合成酶活性、总N及蛋白质含量提高,游离氨基酸含量降低。盆栽蕹菜醌氢醌适宜用量为2 0~4 0mg/kg土
【Abstract】 Changes of N metabolism in water spinach after applying different level s of quinhydrone in soil were studied by pot experiment.The results sho w that th e activities of nitrate reductase,glutamate dehydrogenase and glutamine sy ntheta se in water spinach leaves are enhanced,the contents of total N and protei n are increased,but the content of free amino acid is decreased.The suitable l evel of quinhydrone for water spinach in pot experiment is 20~40mg /kg.
