雷公藤内酯醇对糖尿病肾内高压牵张系膜细胞模型细胞因子表达的抑制
Effects of triptolide treat ment on VEGF and TGF-β1 expressions of stretch-induced human mesangial cell
【摘要】 人肾系膜细胞经牵张12h后所表达的VEGF和TGF-β1分别升高1.5和1.7倍的病态,在应用雷公藤内酯醇处理后明显减轻。
【Abstract】 The 1.5 and 1.7 fold abnormal increases of the VEGF and TGF-β1expressions by12-hours stretch of humar mesangial cell are significantly (P<0.01)ameliorated after triptolide treat-ment .
