氮素对甜菜硝酸还原酶活性的调控

【摘要】 利用营养液培养方法,研究了不同氮素形态对甜菜硝酸还原酶活性的影响。研究表明,生育期间硝酸还原酶活性在内外源基质条件下的变化规律是一致的,出现两个高峰期;甜菜硝酸还原酶的活性首先受氮素水平的影响;在氮素水平一致的条件下,又受铵态氮和硝态氮比例的影响,并且随着铵态氮比例的增加,硝酸还原酶活性降低。

【Abstract】 Effects of NR (nitrate reductase) activity on different nitrogen forms were researched using nutrition water culture. The result showed that the change regular of endogenous NR was similar to that of exogenous NR and there were two peaks during growth period. NR activity was influenced by the level of nitrogen in the first, and was then influenced by ratio of nitrate nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen in the same nitrogen level, and NR activity would be lower with the rate of ammonium nitrogen increasing.
