多彩长余辉发光陶瓷的研究
PREPARATION OF MULTICOLOR LONG AFTERGLOW CERAMIC
【摘要】 采用高温固相反应法,分别制备了绿色(SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+)、蓝色(CaAl2O4:Eu2+,Nd3+)和红色(CaTiO3:Pr3+)长余辉发光材料。光谱分析表明,样品均在紫外至可见光范围内均能有效激发,SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+的发光峰值位于520nm,CaAl2O4:Eu2+,Nd3+的发光峰值位于440nm,CaTiO3:Pr3+的发光峰值位于612nm,用锌硼硅系统作为基础釉料,与发光材料混合制得发光釉料,在陶瓷基片上制备了具有一定图案的多彩长余辉发光陶瓷。
【Abstract】 The green(SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+), blue(CaAl2O4:Eu2+,Nd3+) and red (CaTiO3:Pr3+) long afterglow phosphors were synthesized respectively with high temperature solid state reaction method. Spectrum analysis indicated that excitation spectrum wavelength of samples are located between ultraviolet and visible light. Emission spectrum of SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+,CaAl2O4:Eu2+,Nd3+ and CaTiO3:Pr3+ is respectively at 520nm, 440.6nm and 612nm. Multicolor long afterglow ceramic patterns were prepared on ceramics substrates with luminescence glazes, which were the mixtures of zinc-boron-silicon system glazes and luminescence powders.
