羟基磷灰石涂层与钛基体之间过渡层的研究
STUDY ON AN INTERMEDIATE LAYER OF HYDROXYAPATITE-COATED TITANIUM MATERIALS
【摘要】 采用烧结法在羟基磷灰石涂层与钛基体之间制备了生物玻璃过渡层。该涂层厚度可达100~200μm,具有一定的孔径和孔隙率,与基体的结合强度可达到10Mpa,起到很好的过渡、粘结效果。对几个影响因素进行了研究。通过与现代几种过渡涂层制备方法的比较,可知该方法具有很好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 An intermediate layer of bioglass was made between HA and titanium substrate by sinter. The thickness of the intermediary layer is up to 100~200μm. It has many pores, and the adhesive strength is more than 10 Mpa. In this paper we also discussed some factors that affect the glass layer. Comparing with other methods, we know this method has good prospect of application.
