【Abstract】 In order to understand relationship between function and structure of the VP2 protein of chicken infectious bursal disease virus(IBDV),a recombinant baculovirus rBac-VP2 was constructed by Bac-to-Bac system.Results showed that the VP2 gene of IBDV was inserted into the baculovirus genome.Indirect immunofluorescence assay with monoclonal antibody to VP2 of IBDV confirmed that the VP2 gene was expressed highly in Sf9 cells infected with rBac-VP2 virus.Western-blotting analysis indicated that molecular weight of the VP2 protein was 40ku approximately.更多还原
