牛磺酸对胰岛素抵抗高血压大鼠血压和胰岛素敏感性的影响
Effect of taurine on blood pressure and insulin sensibility of hypertensive Wistar rats with insulin resistance
【摘要】 将35只Wistar大鼠随机分成高血压组(10只)、牛磺酸组(12只)和对照组(13只)。高血压组大鼠饮水中加入200g/L果糖使其成为胰岛素抵抗高血压模型,牛磺酸组大鼠饮水中加入200g/L果糖和10mL/L牛磺酸,对照组大鼠饮用自来水。测量各组大鼠血压、血糖水平及血浆胰岛素、一氧化氮、血管紧张素Ⅱ、内皮素1、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白含量,并用李氏法计算胰岛素敏感指数。结果表明,果糖使高血压组大鼠血压升高,血糖、胰岛素血管紧张素Ⅱ、内皮素1、总胆固醇含量显著增加,一氧化氮和高密度脂蛋白含量显著降低;牛磺酸可明显逆转上述改变,提高胰岛素敏感指数。
【Abstract】 Thirty-five Wistar rats were divided randomly into hypertensive(10), taurine(12) and control(13) groups. The hypertensive group received tap water containing 200g/L of fructose, the taurine group received tap water containing 200g/L of fructose and 10mL/L of taurine, and the control received tap water only. The systolic blood pressure, and glucose, insulin, NO, angiotensin Ⅱ, endothelin-1, total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein levels in blood of the Wistar rats were measured, and insulin sensibi-lity index was calculated by the LI method. The results showed that fructose increased significantly the systolic blood pressure, and the blood glucose, insulin, angiotensin Ⅱ, endothelin-1 and total cholesterol contents, and decreased significantly NO and high density lipoprotein contents of Wistar rats of the hypertensive group, and that taurine could reverse obviously the above-mentioned changes and increase insulin sensibility index.
