牛和猪人工感染牛带绦虫的囊尾蚴形态与肝组织的病理变化

【摘要】 将试验动物牛和猪分为 4 组:A组(从江牛带绦虫感染牛组)、B组(从江牛带绦虫感染猪组)、C组(都匀亚洲牛带绦虫感染牛组)及 D组(都匀亚洲牛带绦虫感染猪组)。分别灌喂从江牛带绦虫和都匀亚洲牛带绦虫的孕节,并于感染后第67 d剖检,对牛带绦虫人工感染牛、猪的囊尾蚴形态与肝组织的病理变化进行了观察比较。结果显示,A组、B组、C组囊尾蚴分布在肝,C组囊尾蚴分布在肝、心、肾及四肢肌肉等;A组、B组囊尾蚴外有少量纤维组织包绕,A组囊尾蚴囊壁向囊腔内突出生长,周围有少量嗜酸性粒细胞浸润;B组、D组囊尾蚴发生坏死、钙化,周围有大量嗜酸性粒细胞及中性粒细胞浸润,D组肉芽肿形成,B组、D组均有大量纤维组织增生。

【Abstract】 The experimental animals were divided into 4 groups:group A(infected cattle by Taenia saginata from Congjiang), group B(infected swine by Taenia saginata from Congjiang), group C(infected cattle by Taenia saginata asiatica from Duyun) and group D(infected swine by Taenia saginata asiatica from Duyun).The cattle and swine were fed with gestational segments of Taenia sagenata from Congjiang and Taenia saginata asiatica from Duyun,respectively. The cattle and swine were dissected on day 67 post-infection. Many cysticerci in group A, B and D were found in the livers. The cysticerci in group C were found in the liver,heart,kidney and limb muscles of the experimental animals. A few fibres around cysticerci were observed in group A and B. The capsulae in group A grew outstandingly to the cavity. A few acidophilic granulocytes were found around the cysticerci. The cysticerci appeared necrosis and calcifiction. A lot of acidophilic granulocytes and neutrophilic granulocytes were observed around the (cysticerci.) The granuloms were observed in group D and there were a large amount of fibroelastosis in group B (and D.)
