中药注射剂乳源康有效成分含量的高效液相色谱测定
Determination of active principle concentrations in Chinese herb injection Ruyuankang by HPLC
【摘要】 以隐丹参酮为标示物,用Waters 486 型高效液相系统,Kromasil C18(5μm)4.6 mm×250 mm色谱柱对中药注射剂乳源康含量进行了测定。结果表明,以峰高(H)对药物浓度(C)进行回归,求得标准曲线C=0.000 5 H-0.983 5,线性相关系数 R2=0.998 9。证实所建立的 HPLC方法在产品含量范围内测定性好,准确率高,便于操作,对乳源康的含量测定和产品质量控制具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 The determination of active principle concentrations in Chinese herb injection Ruyuankang wascarriedoutbyWaters486HPLCsystemandcryptotanshinoneasa(marker.)Amobilephaseof(methanol-)water (80∶20) was pumped at a flow rate of 1.2mL/min through a Kromasil C18(5μm)4.6mm×250mm column with UV detection at 254 nm. The samples were extracted with chloroform, dried by nitrogen and dissolved with methanol for determination. The results showed that the standard curve regressed with peak height (H) to concentration (C) was C=0.0005H-0.9835,and coefficientwas R2= 0.9989.
