【Abstract】 Phytoestrogens are plant compounds that are structurally and functionally similar to estrogen and have the ability to bind estrogen receptors. Studies have demonstrated that animals exposure to phytoestrogen has the potential to cause developmental alteration to the endocrine system and reproductive system.
