【摘要】 测定了黄芪多糖等9种中药成分对正常小鼠脾和外周血淋巴细胞增殖反应的影响,并观察了这些中药成分对兔瘟组织灭活疫苗的增强免疫效果。结果表明,人参皂甙、黄芪多糖、淫羊藿多糖、当归多糖和蜂胶黄酮能显著增强伴刀豆球蛋白(ConA)和脂多糖(LPS)诱导的小鼠淋巴细胞增殖,提高免疫兔抗体水平和延长抗体持续时间;板蓝根多糖能增强ConA和LPS的诱导活性,蜂胶多糖能促进ConA的诱导活性,黄芪皂甙和淫羊藿黄酮能促进LPS诱导的淋巴细胞增殖,但它们都不能提高兔瘟组织灭活疫苗的免疫抗体水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 The stimulating activitiesof nine Chinese herbal medicine ingredients(CHMIs) which (include) astragalus polysaccharide(APS), propolis polysaccharide(PPS),epimedium polysaccharide(EPS), Chinese angelica polysaccharide(CAPS), isatis root polysaccharide(IRPS), propolisflavone(PF), epimediumflavone(EF), ginsenoside(GS)and astrogaloside(AS), on peripheral blood and splenic lymphocytes in mice were tested, and levels of antibody induced by the vaccine (against) rabbit viral hemorrhagic disease cooperated with these CHMIs in rabbit were determined. The results showed that GS, APS, EPS, CAPS and PF stimulate lymphocytes markedly induced by ConA and/or LPS to proliferate, and the antibody (titers) of the groups which were injected with the five CHMIs were higher than that of the control and (persist for) more time. AS and EF stimulated lymphocytes to proliferate induced by ConA significantly, EPS had the samilar eftect as LPS and IRPS, but these four did hot have any effects to improve antibody titers in rabbit.更多还原
