流域梯级规划环境影响评价的特征及研究方向

【摘要】 本文对流域梯级开发规划环境影响评价的特征做了较全面的介绍,分析了梯级开发布局对环境的影响及对资源构成的影响,提出水电梯级规划环境影响评价的主要研究方向及关于生态友好的绿色大坝建设与运行的生态准则研究的内容。

【Abstract】 The authors made a comprehensive introduction about the characteristics of Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) for the management and development of cascade hydropower in river basins. The impacts of the overall arrangement of cascade development on environment and resources composition were carefully analyzed. The authors also proposed a general direction of investigation of EIA on hydropower cascade planning. Some key points to be concerned in ecology-friendly dam construction and a research guideline of ecological criteria in project operation were put forward.
