基于选区激光烧结的无机纳米Al2O3粒子增强增韧聚苯乙烯的研究
Study of PS Strengthened and Toughened by Nano-Al2O3 Based on Selective Laser Sintering Technology
【摘要】 基于选区激光烧结(SLS)技术,进行了无机纳米Al2O3粒子改性聚苯乙烯(PS)的试验研究。结果表明,在一定的激光烧结工艺参数条件下,激光烧结件中的纳米Al2O3粒子在PS基体中分布均匀,且其冲击强度、拉伸强度最大分别达到了12.1 kJ/m2和31.2 MPa,相对于纯PS烧结件提高了60%和380%。同时,冲击断面SEM显示其属典型的韧性断裂,无机纳米Al2O3粒子起到了增强增韧PS的作用。
【Abstract】 Polystyrene was reinforced with nano-sized inorganic Al2O3 particles using selective laser sintering technology. The Al2O3 particles were found uniformly distributed in polystyrene matrix, resulted in an impact strength of 12.1 kJ/m2 and a tensile strength of 31.2 MPa, which were 60 % and 380 % higher than those of the sintered part of neat PS. SEM showed layer slipping and fiber deforming on the impact fracture surfaces.
