【摘要】 研究了炭黑含量对PE-LD/EEA/EPDM复合体系体积电阻率和正温度系数(PTC)强度的影响以及辐照剂量对PE-LD/EEA/EPDM/,炭黑体系的交联密度、电热稳定性和电热重现性的影响。结果表明,当炭黑为10~20质量份时,该复合体系PTC强度可达3个数量级;经60Co-γ射线辐照后发生无规交联,其凝胶化剂量1.5kGy,辐射交联化学产额(G值)为3.2。经60~90kGy的辐照剂量辐照后,不但消除负温度系数(NTC)效应,还为该体系提供优异的电热稳定性和重现性。

【Abstract】 The effect of content of carbon black on the volume resistivity and intensity of positive temperature coefficient (PTC) of the PE-LD/EEA/EPDM/carbon black composite was studied. The effect of irradiation dosage on the crosslinking density, the electric-thermal stability and the recurrence of the same system was also investigated. When the content of carbon black was 10~20 phr, the PTC intensity reached 3 orders of magnitude. With the irradiation of 60 Co-γ, the composite crosslinked with the gel dosage being 1.5 kGy and G value being 3.2. With a irradiation at the dosage of 60~90 kGy, the effect of negative temperature coefficient was eliminated and an excellent electric-thermal stability was obtained.
