辐射接枝改性聚酯薄膜表面防雾滴性研究

【摘要】 采用γ射线辐照引发接枝的方法,在聚酯(PET)膜表面接枝丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸羟乙酯,获得具有表面亲水性的聚酯膜。并研究了不同辐照强度、辐照时间、温度、单体浓度下的接枝规律。结果表明,随着接枝率的上升,PET膜对水接触角逐渐降低,达到一定值后变化不大。

【Abstract】 Acrylic acid, acrylamine and hydroxyethyl acrylate were grafted onto poly(ethylene terephthalate) film by γ-radiation, which improved the hydrophilicity of PET membrane. The effects of the irradiation intensity, irradiation time, temperature, and monomer concentration with the grafting efficiency were studied. It is shown that the contact angle with water declined with increasing grafting and leveled off.
