玻璃微珠对改性聚四氟乙烯密封板材性能影响的研究

【摘要】 采用冷压成型和自由烧结工艺研制开发出了一种新型填充改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)密封板材。深入研究了玻璃微珠对PTFE密封板材性能的影响,结果表明:当玻璃微珠含量在30%左右且粒径为10μm时,PTFE密封板材的回弹率由纯PTFE的21.8%提高到55.8%,压缩率由纯PTFE的42.7%降低到32.6%,PTFE板材气密性能得到了显著提高。

【Abstract】 PTFE sealing materials filled with glass microspheres were prepared via die pressing and sintering.When 30 % of glass microspheres with diameter about 10 μm was introduced,the recovery rate of the material increased from 21.8 % of pure PTFE to 55.8 % of the filled PTFE,while the compression rate decreased from 42.7 % to 32.6 %.Consequently,the sealing property was greatly improved.
