PA66/HA复合生物材料的力学性能研究

【摘要】 研究了纳米羟基磷灰石(nHA)的含量、生理盐水及HA的粒径对聚酰胺(PA66)/nHA复合材料力学性能的影响,并用扫描电子显微镜观察了复合材料的断面形态。结果发现,随着nHA含量的增加,PA66/nHA复合材料的弹性模量、弯曲强度、冲击强度和压缩强度等力学性能都有不同程度的增加。在生理盐水中浸泡后,PA66/nHA复合材料的力学性能有所降低,但韧性增强。HA粒径的大小对复合材料的力学性能影响很大,PA66/nHA复合材料的力学性能比PA66/微米级HA复合材料的要好。

【Abstract】 The effects of the content, surface treatment, and particle size of hydroxyapatite on the mechanical properties and fractured surface morphology of PA66 composites were studied. It showed that the elastic modulus, compressive strength, bending strength, and impact strength increased with increasing content of nano-hydroxyapatite in the composites. If the hydroxyapatite soaked in physiological saline before blending, the toughness of PA66/HA was increased, however, the other mechanical propertied were decreased. The mechanical properties of the composites containing nano-hydroxyapatite were much better than those containing μ-hydroxyapatite, which indicated the influence of the particle size.
