PTT/PET共混体系结晶行为和形态研究

【摘要】 利用差示扫描量热仪、正交偏光显微镜研究了聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)及PTT/PET共混体系(质量比为25∶75)的结晶行为、形态和等温结晶动力学。结果表明,PTT/PET共混物中,少量的PTT部分地起到了成核作用,但在一定程度上阻碍了PET链段规则地进入晶格,影响了结晶速率。偏光显微镜观察到PET、PTT和PTT/PET共混物在120℃下1、20min的溶液滴膜有较清晰的球晶。

【Abstract】 The crystallization behavior, morphology and kinetics of isothermal crystallization of PTT, PET and their blend (mass ratio 2575) were investigated using DSC and PLM. It showed that PTT may play a role as the nucleating agent, however, it inhibited the regular folding of PET. For this reason, the crystallization rate of PET was low in presence of a small amount of PTT. While spherulites could hardly be observed in PTT, PET and their blends cooled from melts, it could be clearly seen in the samples obtained from a solution after soaking for 120 minutes at 120 .
