气辅共挤成型机理的数值模拟研究
Numerical Simulation of the Gas-assisted Co-extrusion
【摘要】 基于气辅共挤成型特点,提出了其成型工艺,并建立了描述气辅共挤成型过程的理论模型,对其成型机理进行了数值模拟研究。研究结果表明:相对传统共挤成型而言,气辅共挤成型不仅能有效降低口模压降,而且能提高界面的稳定性。数值模拟的结果与国外的实验研究结论相吻合。
【Abstract】 A model of gas-assisted co-extrusion molding was formulated, from which the numerical simulation was carried out. The results of simulation showed a good agreement with the foreign experimental results. Based on the simulation, a set of technique for the gas-assisted co-extrusion was proposed. Compared with conventional co-extrusion, gas-assisted co-extrusion provided more effective pressure drop and higher interfacial stability.
