氢氧化铝微粉表面原位组合化学改性的研究
Study on In Situ Combined Chemical Modification on Surfaces of Aluminum Hydroxide Powder
【摘要】 利用黏度法研究了以金属偶联剂[M(OR)n]和9种不同链长与构型的含羧基或羟基有机物对氢氧化铝表面进行原位组合化学改性的效果。研究表明:具有柔性链基结构的改性剂和金属偶联剂组合改性的效果较好;在液体石蜡中改性氢氧化铝最大填充量由未改性时的43%提高到了改性后的62%,体系黏度才大幅度增加。
【Abstract】 The combined chemical modification on the surface of aluminum hydroxide has been investigated with M(OR)n and organic compounds containing carboxyl or hydroxyl and different chain length or configuration by means of viscosity method. It is preferable that modifying agents with flexible chain was doubled with M(OR)n.The system viscosity of the liquid olefin/modified aluminum hydroxide has been elevated when the largest loading level of aluminum hydroxide is changed from 43 % before being modified to 62 % after being modified.
