酸式磷酸酯对聚丙烯/水镁石复合材料的阻燃偶联作用

【摘要】 探讨了酸式磷酸辛酯、酸式磷酸丁酯对聚丙烯/水镁石(PP/MH)复合材料的阻燃偶联作用。力学性能和阻燃性能测试结果表明,酸式磷酸酯作为偶联剂用量为3%(质量含量,下同)时,拉伸强度提高了10%以上,同时阻燃PP的点燃时间增长,自熄时间缩短,阻燃性能得到显著改善。偏光显微分析研究表明,酸式磷酸酯增强了PP/MH体系的异核结晶作用。X衍射分析说明,PP/MH中的异核结晶作用发生了明显的变化,且在酸式磷酸酯诱导下,PP/MH在2θ=9.30°左右出现了新的衍射峰,表明PP对MH有插层作用。实验证明酸式磷酸酯在两相间发生了偶联作用。

【Abstract】 Retardant and coupling effects of 2-ethyl hexyl phosphate ester acid and n-butyl phosphate ester acid on PP/MH composite were studied. The results indicated that the introduction of 3 % phosphate ester acid led to at least 10 % of increase in the tensile strength as well as an improvement of the flame retardancy,such as prolonged ignition time, shortened self-extinguishing time, etc. Polarizing optical micrography showed that the presence of phosphate ester acid enhanced the heterogeneous nucleation. Xdiffraction analysis observed a new peak at 2θ-9.30°, which indicated that an intercalated structure PP in MH was generated. The experimental results affirmed the coupling effect of phosphate ester acid between the two phases.
