晶须改性聚合物的研究概况

【摘要】 综述了晶须的种类以及晶须对不同聚合物的改性。晶须改性可以使材料的力学性能、加工性能、电性能、耐磨损性、耐热性等得到提高。晶须改性聚合物已经在印刷电路板、宇航结构部件、光学传感件、声学零件、耐磨材料、家用产品等方面得到应用。

【Abstract】 The type of whiskers and the modification of thermosets, thermoplastics, elastomers and unsaturated polymers with whiskers are reviewed. The whisker modified resins have been used in the fields of printed circuit boards (PCB), astronavigation structural units, optical sensors, acoustics units, wearing resistance materials and household products. The mechanical properties, wear resistance, heat resistance, electric properties, and appearance quality of the materials were greatly improved.
