气相色谱法测定月桂酸单甘酯含量的方法研究
Study on the Method for the Determination of Glycerol Monolaurate(GML)by GC
【摘要】 为建立气相色谱测定月桂酸单甘脂的方法,采用六甲基二硅胺烷(HMDS)和三甲基氯硅烷(TMCS)作为衍生化试剂,用吡啶作溶剂和催化剂将月桂酸单甘酯合成粗品中的各种组分硅烷化,用OV-17玻璃填充柱进行分离分析,并以十四酸作为内标物,用内标法进行定量。试验结果:月桂酸单甘脂的线性范围是1.11~11.11mg/mL,检出限是0.063mg/mL。此外,将气相色谱法同高碘酸氧化法进行了比较,结果表明:气相色谱法比高碘酸氧化法高效、精确。
【Abstract】 The aim of this study was to establish the GC quantitative analysis method of glycerol monolaurate(GML). HMDS and TMCS were used as derivatization agent in GC analysis, while pyridine was used as solvent and catalyst. After derivatization, separation of samples containing GML could be achieved through a OV-17 glass packed column. The quantitative analysis of glycerol monolaurate was carried out by internal standard method,with tetradecanoic acid as internal standard. In this method, Linear range was 1.11~11.11 mg/mL and detection limit was 0.063 mg/mL. Furthermore, the result of GC analysis was compared with that of periodic acid oxidation method. It showed that GC analysis was more efficient and precise than periodic acid oxidation method.
