【摘要】 目的探讨生育年龄女性下生殖道感染患者和正常体检人群宫颈管内解脲支原体(UU)量值间的区分及其致病性的相关性。方法2003年11月至2004年11月在中山大学附属第二医院,对因有阴道炎症状、体征而就诊的601例患者及正常体检人群306例,采用荧光定量PCR(FQ-PCR)方法测定解脲支原体、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体。根据两组UU拷贝数的量值不同,进行对比研究。结果病例组的UU阳性率70.0%,较正常体检人群组41.2%为高,差异有显著性意义;其中UU FQ-PCR定量值≥1.00×106copy/g的病例数也较对照组多(47.8%与37.3%),差异有显著性(P=0.039)。病例组中UU FQ-PCR定量值<1.00×106copy/g的患者其混合感染的概率较FQ-PCR定量值≥1.00×106copy/g的患者的概率高(42.7%与32.8%),差别有显著性(P=0.037)。结论解脲支原体FQ-PCR定量值≥1.00×106copy/g时存在单独感染的意义,临床上可以考虑给予药物治疗;解脲支原体FQ-PCR定量值<1.00×106copy/g时,一方面可能是无症状带菌状态,另一方面可能与其他病原体呈混合感染状态,需要进一步的检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the quantitative difference of Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) in female low genital tract between infected patients and normal people. Methods Physical examinations were performed on 601 patients who had vulvar itching and vaginal discharge manifold and 306 normal women who took routine medical examination from November,2003 to November,2004 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yatsen University. N.gonorrhoea, U.urealyticum and Chlamydia were detected in the sample from cervix by fluorescent quantitative PCR(FQPCR). Case control study was performed according to the copy number of UU /gram secretion. Results The positive rates of UU in two groups was 700% and 412% respectively. The FQ PCR value of more than 100×10 6 copies/gram was 478% and 373% respectively. There was significant difference in FQPCR value between the above two groups. In the study group, the mixed infection rate in patients whose FQ PCR value was less than 100×10 6 copies/gram was more than that of the patients whose FQ PCR value was more than 100×10 6 copies/gram. There was significant difference in the mixed infection rate between them (P=0037). Conclusion Patients with Ureaplasma urealyticum FQ PCR value of <100×10 6 copy/g can be normal pathogen carriers without any symptoms or with mixed infection which needs further examination. Only when Ureaplasma urealyticum FQ PCR value is ≥100×10 6 copy/g,it suggests infection, which need drug therapy.更多还原
