双氰胺对甘蔗渣基质栽培蔬菜硝酸盐积累的影响

【摘要】 以菜薹(菜心)、菠菜、生菜、大白菜为材料,采用甘蔗渣作基质栽培,于收获前20d施用双氰胺,研究其对该4种蔬菜硝酸盐积累的效应。结果表明,施用双氰胺显著减少了菜心、菠菜、生菜、大白菜的硝酸盐积累,使可食部分硝酸盐含量分别降低了24.9%、27.1%、39.1%和41.6%,而对产量和品质无不良影响,还可显著提高大白菜VC含量。

【Abstract】 The effect of dicyandiamide (DCD) on nitrate accumulation in flowering Chinese cabbage, spinach, lettuce, Chinese cabbage were investigated. The vegetables were cultured in bagasse substrates and DCD was applied to the substrates 20 days before harvest. The result indicated that nitrate content was reduced by (24.9 %), 27.1 %, 39.1 %, and 41.6 % in the four vegetables respectively, while the yield and quality were not affected significantly.
