【摘要】 本文从分析我国企业现有信用评价指标体系的有效性入手,通过一系列实证研究,挖掘、识别和分辨企业信用从正常-关注-次级-可疑-损失动态变化过程各信用风险评价指标的统计特征值,并将信用风险评价指标导向与负债代理人(企业经营者)的价值取向联系起来,提出改进我国企业信用风险评价指标有效性的可行途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 Beginning with the validity of the existing credit risk evaluation indicator system in Chinese enterprises , the study explores and identifies, through a series of empirical study , the statistical eigenvalue of the credit risk evaluation indicators in the process from the Pass -Special mention-Substandard-Doubtful-Loss. Combining the orientation of the credit risk evaluation indicator with the value tendency of liability Agent ,the author puts forward some feasible approaches to improving the validity of the existing credit risk evaluation indicator system in Chinese enterprises.更多还原
