【Abstract】 By investigating the project of country-governing of Alaska in America which is multicultural, the empowerment "region-governing mode of new country" in New Brunswich which is experimental, and comparing with the country-governing experiences in Europe made by the research center of EU, we propose some important recommendations for current China, such as emphasizing on carrying out decentralization in the process of country-governing, respecting multi-culture, improving the cohesion and mechanism of local residents participating into grass roots policy-making, and mobilizing the capital of country community.更多还原
