【摘要】 本文立足于"内化"自然地理要素的方法定量评价区域(系统)可持续发展能力,通过各种要素对可持续发展的不同作用(正向为能力、负向为成本)平衡结果,表征区域(系统)可持续发展能力。以吉林省西部农牧交错带为研究对象,认为现阶段其可持续发展成本主要为恢复受损生态系统的成本,并对此进行了成本核算。研究表明,这种成本的地域分布规律不明显,但时间轴上具有累积放大的特点,需要及时治理,并提出了优先进行退耕还草和草原抚育、成本"外溢"等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the measurement of internalizing geographical elements, the paper quantitatively evaluates the competence of region (system) sustainable development. And the paper also denotes the competence of region (system) sustainable development by the balanced result of the various effects (the positive is competence, and the negative is cost) on suitable development produced by geographical elements. Taking Ecotone of the west of Jilin Province as study object, the paper insists that the cost of suitable development is maily the cost of estoration of damaged ecosystem in the present stage, and the paper finishes the cost accounting. The research shows that the regional distribution of cost is not obvious, while is characterized with accumulated magnification along with time. So it is necessary to govern the cost timely. In the end, some advices on the restoration to grassland, fostering of grassland and cost overflow are proposed.更多还原
