【Abstract】 Collagen is constituted by repeated triplet of Gly-X-Y. The amino acid sequences in position of X and Y, as well as the repeated Gly-X-Y, lead to the high stability of collagen. Companying with the intermolecular interactions, some specific amino acid and the space conformations of amino acid play a role in maintaining the stability of triple-helix of collagen. The influence of amino acids sequence to stability of collagen was discussed in this article from the view of structure.更多还原
