胶原蛋白结构和稳定性关系研究
Study on relationship between collagen structure and its stability
【摘要】 胶原蛋白由重复出现的Gly-X-Y三肽段构成,X位和Y位的氨基酸序列以及Gly在肽链中的重复出现,都是导致胶原蛋白高稳定性的原因。某些特殊氨基酸以及氨基酸的空间构象和各种分子间力,也起着共同维持胶原蛋白稳定性的作用。从胶原结构上探讨了氨基酸排列对胶原蛋白稳定性的影响。
【Abstract】 Collagen is constituted by repeated triplet of Gly-X-Y. The amino acid sequences in position of X and Y, as well as the repeated Gly-X-Y, lead to the high stability of collagen. Companying with the intermolecular interactions, some specific amino acid and the space conformations of amino acid play a role in maintaining the stability of triple-helix of collagen. The influence of amino acids sequence to stability of collagen was discussed in this article from the view of structure.
