制革废水中挥发酚的测定

【摘要】 研究了流动注射4-氨基安替比林分光光度法自动测定制革废水中的挥发酚,并将标准方法中的氧化剂铁氰化钾替换成氧化能力更强的过二硫酸铵((NH4)2S2O8),使生成的染料在水相中有更好的稳定性,与流动注射进样技术联用,实现了挥发酚的自动分析。对进样环体积、反应圈长度、泵速、显色液浓度、缓冲溶液pH值等因素进行了考察和研究,优化了分析条件。该方法的检测限和线性范围分别为8、10~500μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.02%(n=11).应用于制革废水中挥发酚的测定,回收率在95%~105%之间,结果令人满意。

【Abstract】 The 4-amino-antipyrine spectrophotometry is a standard method for the determination of volatile phenol.The spectrophotometry is an analysis method ba sed on the substance’s selective absorption of light.Method for determination of volatile phenol based on spectrophotometry is introduced.The oxidant potassium ferricyanide in the standard method is replaced by ammonium peroxydisulfate who se capability of oxidation is better so that the resultant is more steady in the water phase.And it is coupled with the flow injection analysis,it can detect the volatile phenol automatically.The volume of the sampling loop,the length o f the mixing coil and reacting coil,the rate of the pump,the concentration of color developing reagent,the pH of the buffer solution are studied.The propose d method presents detection limits of 8μg/L,the linear range 10~500μg/L,and RSD=2.02%(n=11).The proposed method was successfully applied to determine vo l atile phenol in waste water of leather manufacture with the recoveries in the ra nge of 95%~105%.
