丙烯酸树脂/纳米SiO2复合涂饰剂的合成与应用研究
Study on synthesis and application of the acrylic resin leather coating modified by nano-SiO2
【摘要】 以碱为催化剂采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米SiO2溶胶后,再与丙烯酸树脂复合制备了丙烯酸树脂/纳米SiO2复合涂饰剂。采用均匀试验法确定纳米复合涂饰剂合成的最优条件,探讨了纳米SiO2溶胶与丙烯酸树脂复合时的条件,并对纳米复合涂饰剂进行应用试验,结果表明:纳米复合涂饰剂与丙烯酸树脂涂饰革样相比,透水气性提高了9.15%,透气性提高353%,涂层粘着牢度提高了10.35%。
【Abstract】 Nano-SiO2 was prepared by the sol-gel reaction from tetraethoxysilane( TEOS) catalyzed with alkali, then was composited with acrylic resin to prepare n ano-composite leather coating. The best factional condition was got by homogeneo us experiment. When the composited leather coating was used to finish, the aqueo us-vapor was improved by 9.15%, vapor penetration improved by 353% and cohesion fastness was improved by 10.35%。
